Choose a plan length and number of connections, then send the request form with your device and app details. Sending a request is not a payment and does not activate anything. Our team reviews it, confirms availability by email or WhatsApp, and sends payment instructions. Your subscription is set up only after payment is confirmed.

Plans run for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. With one connection they cost $15, $35, $45 and $70. Every combination of length and connections has one fixed price in US dollars, listed on the pricing page.

A connection is one stream playing at the same time. With 2 connections, two devices can watch at once; with 5, five can. You can install the app on more devices, but only that many can play simultaneously.

Requests can be made for Samsung and LG smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV, Amazon Firestick, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, MAG boxes, and Windows or Mac computers. You need a compatible player app and a stable internet connection. Tell us your device and app in the form and we’ll confirm the setup that applies to you.

You can request a free trial through the free trial form. Each request is reviewed by our team, so a trial is not automatic and may not always be available. We’ll contact you by email or WhatsApp with the outcome.

Send a renewal request with the username or account ID of your current subscription. We first check whether that account is one we can renew — we can’t renew subscriptions from every provider, and we’ll tell you before you pay. We will never ask for your password.

After we confirm your request, we send payment instructions. The amount is the listed USD price for your plan. If any tax or fee applies, it is stated in those instructions before you pay — you are never charged an amount you haven’t seen.

Refund and cancellation terms are explained in our Terms of Service and confirmed in writing before you pay. Nothing in our terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
