The short version: we collect what we need to answer your request and set up your service, we don’t sell your information, and we never ask for passwords or card numbers through this website.

Who we are

This website, reflexsatiptv4k.com, is operated by the independent business that trades as Reflexsat IPTV (“Reflexsat IPTV”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at contact.provideriptv@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7882 735688.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you send a subscription, renewal or free trial request

  • Your full name, email address, WhatsApp number and country.
  • The plan you chose (length, connections and price) and whether it’s a new subscription or a renewal.
  • For renewals, the username or account ID of your current subscription. We never ask for passwords.
  • The countries you’d like channels from, your device type and player app.
  • Where your setup requires it, the MAC address and device key shown by your MAG box or player app. We use them only to link the service to that device.
  • Your adult-content preference and, if you choose to include it, your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
  • Anything you write in the notes field.

When you use the contact form

Your name, email address, country, optional WhatsApp number and your message.

Technical information sent with a form

  • The time of the request and its reference number.
  • Your IP address, used to prevent spam and abuse (for example, rate limiting).
  • A general browser and device category (such as “Chrome” and “mobile”) and your browser language.
  • If enabled, an approximate location (country, region or city) and an indication of whether a VPN or proxy is likely, estimated from your IP address by an IP lookup service. These are estimates, not verified facts.

We don’t use advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and we don’t collect payment card details through it.

How we use it

  • To review and respond to your request, confirm availability and send payment instructions.
  • To check whether an account you want to renew is eligible.
  • To set up and support your service.
  • To prevent spam, fraud and abuse of our forms.
  • To keep records we need for accounting or legal reasons.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with:

  • Our email provider (Google Gmail), which delivers request notifications to our team.
  • Our hosting provider, which runs the server where requests are stored.
  • An IP lookup service, if enabled, which receives your IP address to estimate approximate location.
  • tawk.to and WhatsApp, only if you choose to contact us through them (see below).
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to.

Live chat and WhatsApp

Live chat on this website is provided by tawk.to. The chat widget loads only after you choose “Load live chat”. Once loaded, tawk.to receives your IP address, browser details and anything you type in the chat, and handles it under the tawk.to privacy policy.

If you message us on WhatsApp (+44 7882 735688), your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and we can see your phone number and profile name.

Cookies and local storage

This website itself doesn’t set tracking cookies. It stores two small preferences in your browser:

  • reflex-theme — your light or dark theme choice.
  • reflex-chat-consent — that you chose to load live chat, so it loads automatically next time.

You can clear both in your browser settings at any time. Once loaded, the tawk.to widget may set its own cookies.

How long we keep it

  • Requests and messages: up to 365 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Technical information (IP address, browser and location estimates): up to 90 days.
  • Longer only where we need a record for accounting, legal or dispute reasons — for example, details of a paid order.

Security

The website uses HTTPS. Requests are stored in a private database on our server that isn’t publicly accessible, with access restricted to our team. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords or other sensitive information in forms, chat or email.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact.provideriptv@gmail.com. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under privacy law, such as the right to know what we collect and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We’ll respond within the time the law requires and may need to verify your identity first.

Children

This website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. You must be 18 or older to place an order.
